Is pricing based on properties or units?

Pricing is based on active units, not properties. If you have a duplex with two rented units, you pay for two units. Vacant units with no active lease are not charged.

Can I start free?

Yes. The Starter plan is completely free and includes property management, tenant onboarding, basic lease creation, rent collection, and maintenance requests. No credit card required.

What do tenants get access to?

Tenants are invited by the property owner and get their own dashboard where they can pay rent online, submit and track maintenance requests, and access their lease and account information. Tenants do not sign up independently — access is always through the owner’s invitation. This is included in all plans.
