Depending on the payment and operating setup, owner involvement may be limited or required for certain workflows. Your activation flow will clarify the required setup.
Not in the initial Founding Partner phase. LeaseBase focuses on operational workflows and rent collection setup. Management-fee arrangements between owners and property managers remain outside LeaseBase unless added later.
Where applicable, LeaseBase can support brokerage-oriented payment setup through the platform’s payment onboarding flow. Property managers are responsible for compliance with brokerage policies and applicable laws.
