Before you start: A LeaseBase owner account.

1

Go to Billing

Open Settings and click the Billing or Subscription section. Your current plan, next billing date, and payment method are all shown here.

2

Choose a new plan

Select the plan you want. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All your data and configuration are preserved — there is no migration or setup required.

3

Add or remove add-ons

Purchase the AI Assistant or Maintenance Pro add-ons without changing your base plan. Add-ons appear as separate line items on your invoice and can be removed at any time.

4

Cancel if needed

Click Cancel Subscription to cancel. Your data remains fully accessible for 30 days so you can export everything you need before the account closes.

Common questions

Will I lose data if I downgrade?

No. Your data is preserved. Features above your new plan level become inaccessible until you upgrade again, but nothing is deleted.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support@leasebase.ai for billing questions and refund requests. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

What happens to my tenants if I cancel?

Tenant portal access continues for 30 days after cancellation. After that, tenants can no longer access their portal. We recommend notifying them before cancelling.
