Go to Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar of your owner dashboard. This opens your account and profile management page.
Update your profile
Change your display name, phone number, or other profile details on the Profile tab. Click Save when done. Changes take effect immediately across the platform.
Manage notifications
Switch to the Notifications tab to toggle email and SMS alerts for each category: rent payments received, maintenance request updates, lease alerts, and more. Changes save automatically as you toggle each preference.
Upload property photos
Navigate to the property detail page for the property you want to update. Click the photo upload area to add images. Photos can be reordered by drag-and-drop, and the first photo becomes the cover image.

Can I change my email address?
Your email address is tied to your Cognito authentication login. To update your login email, contact support@leasebase.ai and our team will help you make the change safely.
How do property photos appear?
Photos display on your property card in the owner dashboard and appear in any listings, reports, or tenant-facing views associated with that property. The first photo in your upload order is used as the cover image.
