1

Create a new thread

Go to Messages, click New Message, pick a recipient, enter a subject and body, then send. The recipient receives an in-app and email notification.

2

Reply to messages

Open any thread, type your reply, and send. The recipient gets an in-app notification immediately. The full conversation history stays in the thread for easy reference.

3

Filter threads

Use the Open, Resolved, and All tabs to organize your inbox. Use keyword search to find a specific thread quickly.

4

Read receipts

Unread messages show a dot indicator. Opening a thread clears the unread count so your inbox stays clean and up to date.

5

Resolve threads

Change a thread’s status to Resolved when the conversation is complete. It moves to the Resolved filter, keeping your Open inbox focused on active conversations.

Common questions

Can tenants message each other?

No. Messaging is between owners and tenants, or owners and vendors. Tenants do not have direct message access to other tenants.

Are messages stored for compliance?

Yes. All messages are stored with timestamps and participant records. AI compliance flags are recorded as metadata on each message for your protection.

Is messaging available on all plans?

Messaging requires a Starter plan or above. Free plan accounts have limited access. Upgrade at any time from your account settings.
