How to Send Announcements

Broadcast a message to all tenants in a property. Available on Growth plans and above.

Before you start:

Go to Messages

Open Messages in your owner dashboard. The Announcements panel is visible for Growth+ plans. Starter plan accounts will not see this panel.

Create an announcement

Click New Announcement. Enter your subject and message body. The announcement saves as a draft automatically so you can review before sending.

Send when ready

Click Send to broadcast. All tenants in the selected property receive a notification. A double-send guard prevents sending the same announcement twice.

Starter plan users

Starter plan accounts see a 403 error if they attempt to create announcements. Upgrade to Growth to unlock this feature and broadcast to your entire property at once.

Common questions

Can I send to specific tenants instead of all?

Announcements go to all tenants in a property. For individual messages, use the Messages thread feature to start a one-on-one or group conversation.

Can I edit an announcement after sending?

No. Once sent, announcements cannot be edited. Draft announcements can be edited freely before you click Send.
