Bank transfers have a small flat fee per transaction. Card payments use standard processing rates. LeaseBase does not add markup on top of processing fees. The exact rates are displayed during payment setup and in your account settings.

Yes. Tenants can add both bank accounts and cards to their profile. They choose which method to use for each payment. They can also set different methods for autopay versus one-time payments.
