Before you start:
  • Tenant account with an active lease
1

Go to Lease Details

Click Lease Details in your sidebar. See lease dates, rent, deposit, and terms — all in one place.

2

Download your lease

Click download to save a PDF copy of your lease to your device for your records.

3

Sign digitally when prompted

When your landlord sends the lease for e-signature, you receive a notification. Open the signing flow, review the terms, and sign electronically. The lease activates automatically after signing.

Common questions

Do I have to sign electronically?

Your landlord chooses: upload-only (no signing required) or template with e-sign. If e-sign is used, you’ll be prompted to complete the signing flow.

Can I request changes to the lease?

Contact your landlord directly to discuss any changes before signing. LeaseBase does not facilitate lease negotiation through the portal.
