Your Tenant Portal Guide

Navigate your dashboard, find every feature, and manage your settings and notifications.

Dashboard overview

Your dashboard shows your unit (name and property), lease details, payment status, and recent maintenance requests at a glance — everything you need without digging through menus.

Sidebar navigation

Access Dashboard, Rent & Payments, Payment History, Maintenance, Messages, Lease Details, and Documents from the sidebar. Every major feature is one click away.

Pay rent

Go to Rent & Payments to see current charges. Click Pay Now to pay immediately, or enable Autopay to have rent paid automatically on the due date each month.

Submit maintenance

Go to Maintenance to see existing requests or submit a new one with photos. Your landlord is notified immediately and can assign a vendor to handle the repair.

Update your profile

Click your profile to update your name, phone, and notification preferences. Toggle email and SMS notifications for each category so you only get the alerts that matter to you.

Common questions

Can I access the portal on my phone?

Yes. The portal works on any device with a web browser. There’s also a mobile app available on iOS and Android for a native experience.

How do I change my password?

Go to your profile settings or use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. Password resets are handled securely through your email address.
