What payment methods can I use to pay rent?

You can pay with a debit card, credit card, or bank account (ACH transfer). Your landlord chooses which methods to accept.

Is there a fee to pay rent online?

Card payments include a 3.25% processing fee. ACH bank transfers are free — the $0 fee is absorbed by your landlord’s subscription.
