Before you start:
  • You have a LeaseBase tenant account with a saved payment method.
1

Go to Rent & Payments

Sign in to your tenant portal at app.leasebase.ai and click Rent & Payments in the sidebar.

2

Click Enable Autopay

Click the Enable Autopay button. A consent panel explains the processing fee that will be included with each automatic payment.

3

Accept the fee consent

Check the fee consent checkbox after reviewing the fee details. Card payments include a 3.25% fee; ACH transfers are $0.

4

Confirm your payment method

Select the card or bank account you want to use for automatic payments. If you haven’t added one yet, you’ll be prompted to add a payment method first.

5

Autopay is active

You see an “Autopay is active” banner on your Rent & Payments page showing your payment method details and a Disable button. Rent is charged automatically on the due date each month.
