Rent Manager’s Report Export Scheduler can automate recurring exports — useful for bulk historical data pulls.

Step-by-Step: Export Your Data from Rent Manager

Step 1. Open Rent Manager on your desktop and navigate to Reports → Report Center.
Step 2. Select the report you need (e.g., Rent Roll, Tenant List, or Financial Summary). Set date ranges to capture your full history.
Step 3. Click Export in the report toolbar and choose CSV or Excel format. For financial reports, PDF also works.
Step 4. For bulk exports, use Reports → Report Export Scheduler to queue multiple reports at once.
Step 5. Save all exported files to a single folder, then upload them to LeaseBase.

How LeaseBase Imports Your Data

1. Upload — Drop your CSV, XLSX, or PDF files into LeaseBase. Upload one file or many at once.
2. AI Classifies & Extracts — Our AI identifies each document type (rent roll, tenant list, financial report) and extracts every property, unit, tenant, and lease term automatically.
3. Review & Confirm — Smart entity matching resolves address variations and name differences. Green means auto-matched, amber means confirm. Nothing changes until you approve.
