How to Export Your Data from Rentec Direct
- Export Properties: Go to Properties → All Properties. Click Export at the top of the list. Select “Active Properties — Master and Subunit” to get all properties and units in one CSV file.
- Export Tenants: Go to Tenants → All Tenants. Click Export. Choose “Active Tenants — Master” for primary tenants, or “Grouped” to include co-tenants. This generates a CSV that opens in Excel.
- Export Ledgers: Open any tenant or property ledger. Scroll to the bottom and click the Download link. Choose CSV or PDF. For bulk exports, use Reports → General Ledger and export the full date range.
- Export Financial Reports: Go to Reports and run any report (P&L, Rent Roll, Owner Statement). Each report page has a CSV and PDF download option.
- Upload to LeaseBase: Go to app.leasebase.ai/app/import and drop your exported files. Our AI classifies each document and extracts your data automatically.
